Grays Harbor Title Company is deeply committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community. In order to join in the efforts to keep social distance, and do our part to protect and care for each other, we have made the decision to restrict access to our lobby by appointment only when available.
Where face-to-face appointments are necessary, we will schedule in advance and follow all public health guidelines, as recommended by the CDC, during the appointment.
During a signing we will require the following:
- A mask must be worn, in the office at all times.
- Hand sanitizer, hand washing or new gloves must be used when entering the building.
- All appointments will be limited to a certain time slot each days so we can property clean and sanitize the closing room after each signing.
- Only customers required to sign documents attend the closing of their transaction.
All other unnecessary parties, including agents, lenders, and children, should not attend.

To Deposit Earnest Money
Please place a check in an envelope labeled with your name, address, and your agent’s name and place it through the mail slot next to the door. The Escrow Department will email a receipt.
For Deliveries
Real Estate Professionals, lenders, USPS, UPS or FedEx, please knock on the door and we will open for deliveries.
